At the time of reviewing these products, I was hit with the most painful acid reflux I've ever experienced in my life. I'm talking about chest pains, sore throat, and the sensation of breathing fire out of my mouth. It completely caught me off guard, overall I have a very healthy diet not entirely plant-based but pretty much veggie style. I couldn't understand what was going on until I started dissecting the problem and using my health coaching skills to heal my gut. The pain was so bad I went to the doctor in order to discard any other medical problems, of course, he gave me Zantac to deal with the issue. But I knew that having a holistic approach to the situation was the key to solve the problem. Lo and behold stress was the trigger to my symptoms.
