Alicia is a skilled restaurant opening consultant and expert on Menu development. With an adventurous spirit, she explored and worked in different countries such as France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Spain, Singapore, London, and Argentina where she refined her talent to combine different cultures and dishes into her unique signature plates. She studied at Les Roches, International School of Hotel and Hospitality Management where she got a BBA Major in Culinary Arts, a Hotel Management Diploma from the Swiss Hotel Association in Bluche, Switzerland, and a certificate in Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Amman, Jordan Alicia currently resides in Spain where her sassy personality shines through her mouthwatering dishes.
Federico Marinic name is an electronic engineer who graduated in Buenos Aires, Argentina from the University of La Marina Mercante and received an award from Argentina's National Engineering Academy. He would describe himself as a curious mind who can never stop learning. He's currently the systems manager at Carfacil. His expertise includes project development and implementation, business intelligence, and data analytics. His interests are mainly in the tech industry (machine learning, virtual reality, and augmented reality) and how to integrate those technologies into daily life (education, finance, politics, etc).
